Janet Varnell

Attorney

Biography

I am a product of the American Dream. I grew up as one of six children living with my parents in a two-bedroom house on a tiny farm. My success came by way of education, hard work and sheer willpower.

I have devoted my entire legal career to marketplace justice and stomping out fraud. I am also a incurable entrepreneur with a multitude of business interests. That is why my law practice has garnered a nationwide reputation for promoting a fair and open marketplace for both businesses and consumers. I have successfully recovered hundreds of millions of dollars for consumers and caused extreme discomfort to greedy corporate entities.

Those victories are frequently won with attorneys who have become my friends; attorneys who first called on me more than a decade ago when they had an important case. They still call on me today. You don’t bring in co-counsel over and over again if they don’t win, do the hard work and make you proud. I am proud of my chosen role in the justice system, of my service in the public interest, as a soldier in the U.S. Army and to my local community.
